Recognised by the CQC
Though the current registration began in 2022, Bluebell House retained the previous provider’s ‘Good’ CQC standing from the latest inspection in February 2019. This covered all key areas: safe, responsive, caring, effective and well-led.
The home has capacity for twenty en‑suite rooms, and does not provide support for complex needs involving learning disability or autism.
Engaged with the Town
Being in Poulton-le-Fylde offers residents a familiar setting. The home supports this with:
- Seasonal gatherings
- Scheduled entertainment visits
- Community-inspired engagement
This promotes a sense of continuity, especially important for long-time local residents.
Care That Respects Routine
Every resident has a tailored care plan that aligns with their individual needs and preferences. Staff provide support with care and respect, giving residents the freedom to live as independently as possible.
Residents are welcome to add familiar touches, helping them settle more easily.
